Gunpowder Milkshake

“Gunpowder Milkshake” (now streaming on Netflix) is an appropriate title for a flick that feels like Israeli filmmaker Navot Papushado (“Big Bad Wolves”) took “The Professional,” “Kill Bill,” “Shoot ‘Em Up,” “John Wick” and “Atomic Blonde,” stuck ‘em all in a blender and mashed the puree button. It doesn’t sound like an especially delectable dessert, but I can assure you it packs a whole helluva lot of firepower on screen.
